Apply & agree a time
Pay the HK$800 design fee online, then message me on WhatsApp — we find a time that works. That $800 covers this whole first chapter: the conversation, plus 2–3 design directions.

We talk, 1–1.5 hours
My studio, your office, or a quiet coffee shop. We don't talk styles — we talk about what you want to remember, who it's for, and how you actually live day to day. For overseas clients this happens over video.

Design directions
You get 2–3 directions to react to. When you go ahead, the $800 comes straight off the deposit — so the design effectively costs nothing.

Confirm sizing
Ring size, chain length, how you wear it. Settled before we quote.

Firm quote
Priced on the final design, metal and stone. No "approximately", no additions later.

75% deposit, design locked
FPS, cash or bank transfer. The moment you pay, both the design and the price are fixed.

Making: 2–3 weeks
Depending on complexity. If you have a deadline — a proposal, an anniversary — tell me at the start, not at the end.

About that $800
It isn't a charge, it's both of us being serious. It covers 1.5 hours and 2–3 design directions, and it comes off the deposit in full when you proceed. If we talk and I feel I'm not the right person for your piece, you get all of it back.
About budget
Most commissions land between HK$6,800 and 25,000. Honestly: at entry level, gold prices mean solid karat gold isn't realistic — silver or 9K is, and I'll tell you straight rather than push you higher. Not there yet? Start with the ready-to-wear collection.
About time
Two to three weeks of making after the deposit. From first conversation to wearing it, one to two months is comfortable. Deadlines are easier the earlier I know.
Q & AWhat most people ask.
I know nothing about jewellery — will I feel stupid?
No. Not knowing is the right starting point — knowing is my job. You bring the story; stones, metal and structure are on me. Most people who come to me have never commissioned anything before.
What does the HK$800 design fee include?
A 1.5-hour conversation and 2–3 design directions. It comes off the deposit in full when you proceed, and is refunded in full if I decide I can't take your commission.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks of making after the deposit. Allow one to two months from first conversation to wearing it.
What if my budget is under HK$6,800?
Bespoke starts at HK$6,800 — that line exists so every piece is made properly. Below it, start with the ready-to-wear collection, or message me and I'll tell you honestly whether there's another route.
Can you remake my old gold or old stones?
Yes — this is one of my strengths. Heirlooms brought back into wear often mean more than something new. But three things upfront: the old gold will be melted and verified as precious metal before I start, so the original piece is not preserved; I only accept 14K and above; and old stones are examined one by one before I tell you whether they can be reused.
I'm not in Hong Kong — can we still work together?
Yes. The consultation happens over video, same 1.5 hours. I'll walk you through measuring your size accurately at a distance. The finished piece is shipped to you and shipping is at your cost — quoted upfront, never added later.
What should I prepare before we meet?
Nothing. Photos, an old piece of jewellery, or something you want to say are all welcome — but none of it is required. Sit down and the story tends to come.
If I change my mind after paying the deposit, is it refundable?
No. The moment you pay the deposit I start — materials are bought, making begins. That's why design, sizing and price are all confirmed with you before that point; I only start once you've said yes.
What about aftercare and repairs?
Basic care — cleaning, polishing, checking — is free for life; just bring it back. Scratches, a lost stone, damage or resizing need to be seen in person and are quoted case by case.
